Charlene Ann "Cheryl" Dice Obituary

CHARLENE ANN “CHERYL” DICE, age 62, of Xenia, passed away peacefully from this life on Thursday, December 2, 2021 at 8:35 p.m. at her home after a long and courageous battle with cervical cancer.

She was born on December 30, 1958 in Boyd County, Kentucky to George E. Skaggs and Sena I. Brickey. Cheryl worked as a caregiver for many years. She was a loving and devoted daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. She enjoyed drawing, writing poetry, going to the ocean, collecting lighthouses, and being with her beloved family.

Cheryl is preceded in death by her uncle, Jeff Brickey; grandmother, Lillie Brickey; and father and mother in-law, Clifford (Flossie) Dice.

Survivors include her mother, Sena Brickey; father, George Skaggs; husband, Randy Dice, whom she married on October 23, 1976; children, April (Craig) Denlinger, Angel Davis, Randy Scott (Tosha) Dice, and Sherri (T.L.) Terrell; grandchildren, Annah (Kurtis) McIntosh, Zoey Denlinger, Storm Davis, Noah Davis, Haley Davis, Colin Davis, Makaya Gordon, Randy Jackson Dice, Emily Dice, Katie Dice, Summer Dice, Auttumn Terrell, and Kenneth Terrell; great-grandchildren, Oakley and Karter; sisters, Jackie (Wayne) Boggs and Anita (Silas) Ford; special niece and nephews, Anthony Green, Chandler Ford, and Sidney Ford; and her very special nurse, Rachel Davenport. Also surviving are several cousins and a host of friends.

A private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family.
