Danbury – Mrs. Arlene (Green) Holt, age 96, of Danbury passed away peacefully on Wednesday December 1,2021 at Danbury Hospital. She was the widow of Robert Francis Holt. Arlene was born November 25, 1925 in Danbury daughter of the late Travis and Virginia (Horde) Green. She worked as an antique dealer and was the owner of an antique shop on Mill Plain Road for many years. She was a member of the New Hope Baptist Church and sung in the choir for many years at the First Congregational Church in Danbury. Arlene is survived by her son Leslie Holt and his wife Judy of Danbury, her granddaughter Rebecca Holt, her two great grandchildren Skylar and Julian and several nieces and nephews. Private funeral services and burial will be held at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours. The Cornell Memorial Home 247 White Street Danbury is in charge of arrangements.
