Willard J. Patterson, 79, passed away Sunday, November 28, 2021 at Summers Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Hinton, W.V.

             Born April 1, 1942, he was the son of the late Meda Henson Patterson and Fred Patterson of Clintonville, W.V.

             In addition to his parents, Willard was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Baker Patterson and his seven brothers, Basil, Sandy, Nelson, Orval, Jessie, Charles and Cary, also two sisters, Maryetta Bryant and Violet Guyton.

            Those left to honor his memory include one sister, Nora Frances Hughes and Tom of Arizona and one brother Marion Patterson and Barbara of South Carolina.  Also, stepson Harvey Baker and Marcie and two grandchildren.

            Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 4, 2021 at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlor Chapel in Hinton, W.V. with Pastor Mike Tabor officiating.

            Burial will follow in the New Hope Cemetery in Marie, W.V.  Friends may call from 1:00 pm until time of services on Saturday at the funeral parlors.

            Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
