Carlos Gallegos, age 81, of Kansas City, KS died on November 30, 2021, at Providence Medical Center. He was born on November 4th in Lorenzo, TX. He was a man of little words, but, for those who got to know him, he would say a lot and even laugh with you. He loved going to ANY casino, he liked doing word search puzzles, and he would try any kind of food. He was preceded in death by his father Clemente Gallegos, his mother Margarita Ortiz, his sister Irene Barbosa, and niece Ida Barrera. Survivors include his uncle Alberto Rodriguez, sister Maria Morales, 11 nephews and 1 niece: Michael Gallegos, Saul Barrera, Osbaldos Barrera, Jorge Porras, Bruce Gallegos, Brian Gallegos, Gavino Barrera, Albert Gallegos, Mark Mendoza, Melissa Morales, Andrew Barbosa, and Joshua Barbosa.
