Delores Jean Hair Ellis, age 76 of Shallotte, went to be with her Lord on Wednesday, December 1, 2021, at Lower Cape Fear LifeCare in Bolivia.

Delores was born on September 5, 1945, in Fayetteville, to the late Hosea James and Elva Mae Lee Hair.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 4, 2021, at Clarendon Baptist Church, with Pastor Ryan Edwards officiating.

Visitation will be held from 2:00-2:45 p.m., prior to the service.

Ms. Ellis leaves behind her son, Harvey James Todd (Christy) of Shallotte, Christopher DeWayne Todd (Kim) of Wendell; brother, Johnny Hair (Betty) of Cape Carteret; grandchildren, James Dustin Todd, Emily Todd McCumbee, Caleb Phillips, and Anna Grace Phillips.
