DIANA M. MORALES March 19, 1949 – November 29, 2021 New Windsor, NY Diana Marie Morales, of New Windsor, NY entered into eternal rest on November 29, 2021 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was 72 years old. The daughter of John S. Kubis and Elizabeth H. (Hronec) Kubis, Diana was born on March 19, 1949 in Manhattan, NY. Diana graduated from Clarkstown High School in 1967. She married Daniel P. Morales at St. Anthony’s Church in Nanuet on March 15, 1969. Together they created a beautiful family and a life filled with love, laughter and beautiful memories. Daniel and Diana were married for over 52 years, their love and devotion for each other and their family was unconditional. Diana enjoyed a wonderful “work “career lasting 27 years with Orange and Rockland Utilities and a proud member of IBEW Local 503. She worked with and befriended many amazing people. She held the position of “Chief Protective Equipment Tester” when she retired in 2009. Her life long career was being the best wife, mother and nana that she could be. Diana was a loving wife, mother and Nana. Her family was her life and she made them all feel loved and cared for all the time. Her favorite thing was to plan the family vacations especially to Disney World. The memories they created, because of her, will live with each and every one of them forever. She is the heart of her family and is so loved. Diana will be missed greatly. In addition to her mother, Diana is survived by her devoted husband: Daniel P. Morales, at home; her daughters: Jeannine M. Morales and her partner Douglas Moscato of Cornwall, NY and Jennifer A. (Morales) Coyle of New Windsor, NY; her grandchildren: Adriana Pietrobuono, Justin Coyle, Olivia Pietrobuono, Jason Coyle and Talia Pietrobuono; her sisters: Kathryn Ferry, Beth Ann Valentine and Lisa Kubis; and her brothers: John Kubis, Gregory Kubis and Michael Kubis. Diana was predeceased by her father and son-in-law: Corporal Brian T. Coyle USMC. Based on new CDC guidelines adopted by NYS, fully vaccinated individuals do not need to wear masks or be socially distanced, but unvaccinated individuals must continue to wear masks and be socially distanced in the funeral home. Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 2nd at Quigley-Sullivan Funeral Home, Inc., 337 Hudson Street, Cornwall-On-Hudson, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 3rd at Sacred Heart Church, 301 Ann Street, Newburgh, NY.
