Phil was our next door neighbor on Liberto Rd for many many years. He was a gentleman and very hard worker, especially on his beautiful yard. He was an excellent neighbor and we sure did miss him when he moved. May he rest in peace. Debbie Welsh

We are so grateful that Phil was a part of our family. Whether it was as a dear friend to our father, Frank, or a companion to our mother, Jennie, he was a thoughtful, caring man.

Phil was the childhood friend of my late father. When we met Phil he told us stories about growing up in Homewood and the things he and my father would do as kids. We willl cherish the times would come for an Italian dinner. We will miss him.
