Carole F. Lesmeister, 87, of Rochester, passed away Saturday November 27, 2021 at Cottagewood Senior Communities Memory Care.

Carole was born November 1, 1934 in Glenwood, Minnesota to Clifford and Helen (Gabriel) Hillier.  She graduated from Glenwood high school in 1952, and was married to her high school sweetheart Ed Lesmeister in 1954.                     

Carole is survived by her three sons, Mike Lesmeister of Elba, MN, Tim (Becky) Lesmeister of Stewartville, MN and Jay Lesmeister of Zumbrota, MN;  grandchildren, Heidi (Joel) McIntyre, Lucas (Brittany) Lesmeister, Hannah (Josh) Todd, Stephen (Jess) Lesmeister and Nathan Lesmeister;  great grandchildren, Katie, Jenna and Addy McIntyre, Blake, Annie and Ivy Lesmeister, Rylee Todd, Nolan and Jack Lesmeister;  brother Bob Hillier and sister Pam Hoffland.

Carole was preceded in death by her parents;  her husband Edward;  brother Kerwyn Hillier and sister Beverly Peterson.

A memorial service for Carole is planned for 11 a.m. Tuesday, December 28th at the Midwest Bible Baptist Church in Rochester, MN.   Online condolences are welcome and may be shared at mahnfamilyfuneralhome.com.
