RAY ARNOLD Seneca– Norman Ray Arnold, 77, husband of Karen Denise Hastings Arnold, passed away on Tuesday, November 30, 2021, at his residence. Ray was born in Oconee County, South Carolina, and was the son of the late Paul Killen Arnold Sr. and Ila Bell Dillard Arnold. Ray was a retired supervisor with Sherman Construction Company for over thirty plus years. Ray enjoyed riding motorcycles, racing cars and dirt bikes and had a great passion for working with his hands and was of the Christian Faith. Ray is survived by his beloved wife, Karen Denise Hastings Arnold, his sons, Donnie Ray Arnold and wife Kim, James Michael Arnold and wife Lisa, David Ray Arnold wife Becky, and Dusty Lee Horne; daughters, Connie Robin Arnold Lay and husband, James, and Kelley Denise Horne; and sisters, Faye Alexander and Eleanor McCray; ten grandchildren, five great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Norman is preceded in death by a brother, Paul Killen Arnold Jr. Per Ray’s wishes a memorial service will be held at a later date. The family will receive friends 2:00 - 4:00pm, Saturday, December 4th, 2021 at Sandifer Funeral Home. The family is at the residence. Flowers are accepted.
