Earl Paul Hunts, born and raised in Coonville, LA, passed away at the age of 87.

He had a career at Sears for over 30 years as the warehouse supervisor. Earl greatly enjoyed gardening and was very good at it. In his earlier years he was an avid hunter and especially enjoyed hunting and fishing with his son and brother.

Earl is survived by his sister, Shirley Clarke, three children, Kenny (Brandi), Mary Bachman (Don), and Julie Guilbeau (Randy), four grandchildren, Marcie Bachman, Trent Berniard, Natalie Brown (Johnathan), and Kade McGibboney, three step-grandchildren, Quinton Doss, Kenli Doss, and Lacie Edwards (Tyler). 

He is preceded in death by his wife of 55 years, Marlene Hunts, his sister Lula Gremillion (Floyd), and brother, Walter Hunts (Gail).

Visiting hours will take place at Resthaven on Thursday December 2, 2021 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm, and again on Friday from 8:30am until services at 10:30am. Burial will take place afterwards.
