Larry Nelson Bennett was born on May 3, 1962 at Springdale, NF to parents Queen and Harvey Bennett, and resided at Beachside until 1974 when he moved to Grand Falls/Windsor with his family. Larry spent a number of years working at roofing and other jobs in Ontario. He was also a lover of nature spending lots of time outdoors fishing, berry picking and experimenting with growing things. In younger years he loved sports especially soccer which he excelled at. He also had a great love for animals especially a certain lappy ear rabbit named Thumper that was his pride and joy. He will be fondly remembered and missed by family and friends that knew him well.
