<p>Angel M. Alvarado-Vazquez, 41, of Waterbury passed away unexpectedly at his home on Sunday, November 28, 2021.&nbsp; He was the beloved brother of Jesus Alvarado of Naugatuck.&nbsp; Angel was born November 3, 1980 in &nbsp;San Turce, Puerto Rico, the oldest and beloved son of Manuel Alvarado and Ernestina Vazquez of Puerto Rico.</p> <p>Angel was a very talented barber.&nbsp; He was always helping others; he had a giving heart.&nbsp; Often times, he would invite those less fortunate into the barber shop for a haircut and to warm from the cold.&nbsp; He would never think of charging for his services to the needy.&nbsp; He would provide a coat, a meal, whatever needed. He will be fondly remembered as a &ldquo;giver&rdquo; who had a heart of gold.&nbsp;</p> <p>Left to mourn his passing are his parents Manuel and Ernestina, his brother Jesus and wife Doris and sister Odette Alvarado and the love of his heart Magdalena Pizarro.&nbsp; He also leaves his nieces Samantha and Sabrina Veintidos and Yamilet Alvarado, as well as his cousins and friends.</p> <p>A Funeral Mass for Angel will be held on Friday, December 3, 2021 at 11 am at St. Anne Roman Catholic Church, 515 S. Main St., Waterbury.&nbsp; Burial is at the convenience of the family in Puerto Rico.&nbsp; Visitation is Thursday, December 2, 2021 from 4 pm to 7 pm at Prospect Memorial/ The Palmerie Family Funeral Home, 72 Waterbury Rd. Angel M. Alvarado-Vazquez, 41, of Waterbury passed away unexpectedly at his home on Sunday, November 28, 2021.  He was the beloved brother of Jesus Alvarado of Naugatuck.  Angel was born November 3, 1980 in  San Turce, Puerto Rico, the oldest and beloved son of Manuel Alvarado and Ernestina Vazquez of Puerto Rico.

Angel was a very talented barber.  He was always helping others; he had a giving heart.  Often times, he would invite those less fortunate into the barber shop for a haircut and to warm from the cold.  He would never think of charging for his services to the needy.  He would provide a coat, a meal, whatever needed.
