William (Bill) Ray Peregoy

<p>William (Bill) Ray Peregoy, 61, of Westminster, died on November 28, 2021 at the Dove House. Born on November 5, 1960, he was born in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. He was the son of Barbara Jean Seal Peregoy and Robert Lee Peregoy. He is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Jeannine Peregoy.</p> <p>Before retiring he worked at North Carroll Communications, the Best Western, and Francis Scott Key High School. He was a member of the Church of the Open Door and the American Legion Carroll Post #31. He served as a Gunner&rsquo;s mate in the US Navy.</p> <p>In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by daughter Christina Peregoy and partner Tyler Henry, son Kurt Peregoy and partner Melissa Perkins, sister and brother-in-law Patricia and Danny O&rsquo;Tanger, three grandchildren Jayden Peregoy, Henley Henry, and Phoebe Peregoy, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Ursula Peregoy, James and Wendy Robinson, Laurie and Richard Pulliam, Deborah and Alfred Shanks, Judith and Robert Dreyer, Vernon Alt, Jr., Theresa and Bryan Weber, and Keith and Mary Louise Alt, as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.</p> <p>He was predeceased by brothers Robert Wayne Peregoy and Richard Allen Peregoy.</p> <p>Inurnment with military honors will be held on Thursday, December 2, 2021 at 12:00 P.M. at Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Finksburg, with Pastor Ray Shutt officiating.</p>

William (Bill) Ray Peregoy, 61, of Westminster, died on November 28, 2021 at the Dove House. Born on November 5, 1960, he was born in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. He was the son of Barbara Jean Seal Peregoy and Robert Lee Peregoy. He is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Jeannine Peregoy.
