Mildred Mullins, 92 of Hi Hat, KY, passed away November 28, 2021 at her residence. Born September 24, 1929 in Hunter, KY, she was the daughter of the late Pete & Mary Likens Dawson. Mildred was preceded in death by her husband, Herman Mullins. She was a homemaker and a member of the Little Nancy Old Regular Baptist Church. Mildred is survived by her children: Gary (Linda) Mullins & Terry (Kathy) Mullins of Hi Hat, KY, Mary (Steve) Jenkins of Martin, KY and Diana Adams of McDowell, KY; daughter in law: Freida Mullins of Cynthiana, KY; sisters: Olive Rose Neeley of Prestonsburg, KY and Alice Faye Ratliff of Ypsilanti, MI; 13 grandchildren & a Host of Great Grandchildren. Along with her parents & husband, Mildred was preceded in death by her son: Michael Mullins; son in law: Sammy Adams; brothers & sister: Carlos Dawson, Danny Dawson, David Dawson, Eugene Dawson & Anna Little and two grandchildren. Mildred will be missed by all that knew and loved her. Visitation Tuesday (November 30, 2021) 6pm-10pm Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, KY with services starting and 6:30pm Funeral services Wednesday (December 1, 2021) at the funeral home with Old Regular Baptist Ministers officiating. Burial will follow in the Boyd Cemetery, Hi Hat, KY
