Louise Hawkins Welch, age 85 of Morristown, TN went to be with The Lord on November 28, 2021 at her home. She was a lifetime member of Manley and Valley View Baptist Churches. Louise was a giving person who always put people’s needs before her own. She loved The Lord and taught her family to love The Lord.

She is preceded in death by her parents, James Milford and Pauline Seal; brothers, Ray, R.H., Ralph and Billy Joe Seal’; sisters, Bonnie Busler and Agnes Green.

She is survived by her Children, Danny Edward (Mary Jane) Hawkins, Jimmy (Terri) Hawkins, Doug (Stacy) Hawkins and Charlotte Moore; grandchildren, Justin Hawkins, Christina Perry, Scott Hawkins, Hunter Hawkins and Brea Meadows; 4 great-grandchildren; brother, Ron Seal; sister, Bernice Seal; sister-in-law, Mary Decker, and several cousins, nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 from 5PM until 7PM. A funeral service will follow at 7PM all at Mayes Mortuary. Friends and family will meet on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at 11am in White Pine Cemetery for a graveside service.
