Donald Wayne Pearson, 80, of Brandon, MS died November 29, 2021 at St. Dominic Hospital. He was born on December 28, 1940 to Donald Webster Pearson and Lillie Belle Mangrum Pearson. He graduated from Eudora High School and attended Arkansas State University. He was a member of the Church of Christ. He retired from Warren Petroleum Division of Chevron USA, and also served honorably for 28 years with the United States Army. He was past master of D. H. Reynolds Masonic Lodge #563 in Lake Village, AR, and was a 50 year member. He served in the Persian Gulf War (Desert Storm) with his son. He is survived by his wife Sarah Ames Pearson, son Gregory Eugene Pearson (Lesa), daughter Donna Lynn Freeman (Jeff); step children Kathy Shivers (Woody), Joan Merritt (Bob), Shawn Wilkerson (Bob); grandchildren Gabe Freeman, Ivy Freeman, LillyAnn Pearson, Brandi Mead (Andy), Lannis Windham (Kelly), Tara Robison (Kyle), Stella Comer (John Ross), Bobby Wilkerson (Sarah), Hunter Wilkerson (Grace), Parker Wilkerson, Caroline Wilkerson, and nine great grandchildren. Memorial services will be held at a date to be announced.
