Glenda Joyce Ousley

Glenda Shepherd Ousley, age 63 of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, November 27, 2021 at Highlands ARH Regional Medical Center, Prestonsburg, Kentucky. She was born January 13, 1958 in Paintsville, Kentucky to Hazel Childers Shepherd & the late Arlen E. "Paddlefoot" Shepherd Sr. She was the wife of the late Danny Ousley. Along with her mother she is survived by her Daughters: Rachael Ousley of Martin, Kentucky & Laura Danielle Ousley of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; Grandchildren: Austin Michael (Destiny) Salyer, Savannah Rose Ousley & Daniel Chase (Savannah) Hunt; One Great Grandchild on the way: Emma Claire; Brother: Arlen Shepherd Jr. of Paintsville, Kentucky; Sisters: Tammy Butcher of Van Lear, Kentucky & Carletta Fraley of Allen, Kentucky. Along with her father and husband she was preceded in death by her sister: Peggy Sue Shepherd. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her. Visitation will begin Monday, November 29, 2021 at 4pm at the funeral home and will continue all day Tuesday, November 30, 2021 Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at 1pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky Burial will follow at Johnson-Hubbard Cemetery, Spurlock, Prestonsburg, Kentucky
