Alberta Vallillo Campofiore

Alberta Vallillo (Ciesielski) Campofiore, age 77, of Stratford, died on November 23, 2021 at St. Vincent’s Medical Center. Alberta was born in Bridgeport to the late Albert and Antoinette Vallillo. She worked alongside her mother for many years as the owners of Annette’s Bridal Showcase in Stratford Center. She is survived by her children, AJ Campofiore (Michele), Annette Iverson (Dr. Brian King), Donna Kloeppner (Leon), her “Ethel” Jomarie Johnson and her “other son” Justin Iverson. Her beloved grandchildren; Sophia, Mia, Joseph and Giovanna Campofiore, Justin Iverson, and Leon and Natalie Kloeppner. Her two brothers Alan Vallillo and Anthony Vallillo (Gail) and several nieces and nephews. Alberta was the widow of Joseph Campofiore. Alberta had a zest for life and loved to have a good time. She had a way of making an ordinary situation a memorable one. Her door was always open and you could always count on her to care for those she loved. Of the many hats she wore, she was best known as “Nana” to the loves of her life, her grandchildren. Friends are invited to attend the funeral on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at 10:30 am DIRECTLY at St James Church with a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated by Rev Peter Adamski.
