KINSEY FAY DULANEY, JR., 75 of Colliers, WV passed away Friday November 26, 2021 at home under the care of his family and Amedisys Hospice. He was born August 23, 1946 in Washington, PA, the son of the late Kinsey Fay Dulaney, Sr. and Marjorie Emma Kaylor Dulaney. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Kathleen Susan Mendoza Dulaney on February 6, 2014. Kinsey served in the United States Air Force for 21 years. He was also a veteran of the Vietnam War. A hard worker he was. Always providing for his family. He was a great father and PaPa. After retirement from the USAF, he worked for over 20 years at the Mission Bell Winery in Madera, CA, then retiring from there in the maintenance engineering department. Surviving are his daughters, Kimberly Marquardt (Tony) of Bakersfield, CA, Sarah Bohnisch (Bradley) of Colliers, WV; son, Sean Dulaney (Kim) of San Ramon, CA; grandchildren, Matthew and Megan Marquardt, Sean Jr., Travis, and Troy Dulaney, Leah Bohnisch; sister, Sandra Simpson (late John); brothers, Danny Dulaney (Chris), Ernie Dulaney (Janice), David Dulaney (Anita), Gary Dulaney (Mary Ellen), Michael Dulaney, Jeffrey Dulaney (Michelle). There will be no visitation. Inurnment will be along with his late wife at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville, PA with military honors.
