Geraldine Gregory Powell

Geraldine Gregory Powell, age 85, widow of Clyde E. Powell, passed away Saturday November 27, 2021, at Baptist Health in Richmond, KY. Mrs. Powell was born January 27, 1936, in Clay County, KY to the late Rufus and Frankie Jane Miller Gregory. She enjoyed spending time with family, especially her grandchildren. She loved painting, sewing and was an accomplished artist. Geraldine was a member of the Berea Church of God. In addition to her husband, Geraldine was preceded in death by three brothers, Ernest Gregory, Gillis Gregory, Oscar Gregory, two sisters, Bernice Dunn, and Reva Abner. Mrs. Powell is survived by one daughter, Yvonne Williams, of Berea, KY, two sisters, Myrtle York, of Richmond, KY, Eva Lakes, of Berea, KY, two grandchildren, Zach (Emily) Williams, Chelsea (Wesley) Pingleton, and three great grandchildren, Jaelyn Williams, Justin Williams, and Madison Williams. Funeral Services will be 11:00AM Tuesday November 30, 2021, at Davis & Powell Funeral Home with Rev. Stephen Hobbs officiating.
