Deborah S. Pugh

ROGERS, OHIO – Deborah S. “Debbie” Pugh, 59, of Rogers passed away Thursday, November 25, 2021 at her home.

Debbie was born in East Liverpool on September 13, 1962 a daughter of the late William W. and Evelyn M. (Orr) Talbot and was a lifetime area resident. She was a graduate of Beaver Local High School Class of 1980 and the Ohio Valley Business College. Debbie worked at Tudor Physical Therapy. She was a passionate volunteer at Angels for Animals. Debbie had a giving heart always reaching out to family and friends that might be going through something.

Debbie was preceded in death by her husband, the love of her life whom she married June 29, 2002, Howard G. Pugh and now joins him in Heaven. She was also preceded in death by her stepbrother Ronnie Talbot and stepsister Nancy Cowey.

Left to cherish her memory are her son, whom she was so proud of, Russell Pugh at home; two sisters Kathy (Talbot) Burke and her husband George of Austin, TX and Sherry (Talbot) Kissinger and her husband David of Rogers; her two dogs Beaker and Charlie whom she referred to as her babies and nieces and nephews.

Friends may visit Tuesday afternoon at the Dawson Funeral Home where the family will be present from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Pastor Bob Miller will conduct a funeral service Wednesday at 12 p.m. at the funeral home.
