Judy Sue Manning, 51, of Lost Nation, Iowa, and formerly of Maquoketa, Iowa, passed away on Saturday morning, November 27, 2021, at the Jackson County Regional Health Center in Maquoketa. A gathering of family and friends celebrating her life will be held from 3 to 6 P.M., Monday, December 13, 2021, at Carson Celebration of Life Center in Maquoketa. Cremation has taken place and burial will be at a later date. Judy Sue Wagner was born on June 10, 1970 in Iowa to Gene and Loretta (Snyder) Wagner. She was a 1989 graduate of Maquoketa Community High School. She married Robert A. Manning on March 19, 1994 in Maquoketa, Iowa. Judy first worked for several years at Maquoketa State Bank in the housekeeping department. For over 20 years she has worked at WALMART in Maquoketa in several different capacities. She enjoyed shopping at Goodwill and especially going 4-wheeling. Those left to honor her memory include her husband, Robert A. "Bob" Manning of Lost Nation, IA; her father, Gene Wagner; siblings, Tracy, Emily and Nancy; and a nephew, Phillip. She was preceded in death by her paternal and maternal grandparents, and her mother Loretta.
