Antoine Edmond
<p>Mr. Antoine Edmond, 84, died after a short battle with prostate cancer. Born on the beautiful island town of Port-Margot, Haiti, Mr. Edmond was a 38 year resident of New Haven, before retiring to his beloved Florida. A hard worker his entire life, his career spanned that of a tailor, builder, and finally a machinist for the New Haven Register. Mr. Edmond is survived by his wife Delivrancia Edmond, their 10 children, 20 grandchildren, as well as his sisters Marguerite, Jeanne, Louise, and brother Jean Baptiste Edmond.</p> <p>Mr. Edmond fought the good fight and has finished his course, all the while, keeping his faith. Henceforth, there is a crown of righteousness, presented to him, from the Lord, the righteous judge. Mr. Antoine Edmond was a member of the Hill Seventh Day Adventist Church in New Haven, CT, where he served as an elder, deacon and facility manager.</p> <p>Mr. Antoine Edmond will surely be missed as such a wonderful husband, father, uncle, grandfather, and friend who loved to help everyone. A man passionate about serving the community. Truly a loving, caring, individual, and beautiful, inspirational human being. </p> <p>Funeral services will take place in Florida.</p>Obituary
