Wilma Jean Mullins, age 61 of Hi Hat, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, November 25, 2021 at Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville, Kentucky. She was born March 5, 1960 in Floyd County, Kentucky to the late Victor & Mary Alice Reynolds Ray. She was the wife of Donnie Mullins. Along with her husband she is survived by her Sons: Joseph (Hope) Mullins of Hueysville, Kentucky & Jordan Lee Mullins of Hi Hat, Kentucky; Daughter: Mary Jane Mullins Adams; Grandchildren: LaDonna Grace Mullins, Tristian Rose, James Perry, Dwayne Perry & Arvin Slone; Brothers & Sisters: Keith Ray of Ligon, Kentucky, Eddie Ray of Ligon, Kentucky, Bertha Tackett of Ligon, Kentucky & Jewellene Tackett of Teaberry, Kentucky. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter: Donna Sue Mullins; Brothers & Sisters: Larry Donald Ray, Roy Dean Ray, William Darrell Ray, Brenda Faye Newsome, Patricia Ann Ray, Sherry Gail Ray & Gloria Jean Ray. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her. Visitation will begin Friday, November 26, 2021 at 6pm at the church and will continue all day Saturday, November 27, 2021 Funeral Services will be held Sunday, November 28, 2021 at 2pm at Pilgrims Rest Old Regular Baptist Church, Price, Kentucky with Old Regular Baptist Ministers officiating Burial will follow at Little Cemetery, Hi Hat, Kentucky
