Elizabeth M. Pate, 48, of Tiffin, passed away at 7:02 a.m., Thursday, November 25, 2021 in the emergency room at Tiffin Mercy Hospital.

Elizabeth was born July 30, 1973, in Tiffin, to Darrell and Margaret (Tyree) Hill who survive in Tiffin. She married Ernie Pate Jr. and they later separated.

Survivors include her fiancé, Charles Clark, daughter, Brianna Hill, two sons, Jackson and Durrell Pate, a brother, Nathanial Hill two sisters, Mary Hill of all of Tiffin and Jackie Compton of KY.

Elizabeth worked as a final inspector for AFS and was a 1991 graduate of Tiffin Columbian High School.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory in Tiffin with Rev. Paul Tyree officiating. Visitation for family and friends will also be held on Wednesday, from 10:00 a.m., until the time of the service at the funeral home. There will be no burial held at this time.
