Robert Earl “Bob” Huff, 84, of Lebanon, Va., passed away on Wednesday, November 24, 2021. Born on May 25, 1937, in Russell County, Va., he was the son of the late Roy Ernest and Juanita Crawford Huff.

He was a member of Stallard Memorial Church in St. Paul, Va., and he dedicated 62 years of his life to Little League Baseball.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Gene Huff, Ernest Huff, and Lowell Huff and his sister, Evelyn Greer.

Survivors include his loving wife of 67 years, Margaret Castle Huff; son, Robert E. “Rick” Huff Jr. and wife Scarlet; daughter, Elaine Huff Ferguson and husband Tom; grandchildren, Summer Stanley and husband Dave, Samantha Perry and husband Phil, Anna Ferguson, and Andy Ferguson and wife Sophia; great grandchildren, Liliana Stanley and Oliver Stanley; brothers, John Huff and wife Vonda and Jim Huff and wife Dixie; sisters, Peggy Dixon and husband Scott, Linda Wilson and husband Stan, Sue Richardson, and Janice Sabo; brother-in-law, Gilmer Castle and wife Sharon; sister-in-law, Shelby Bevins and husband Doug; numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Darrell Ritchie, Johnny Peck, Mike Goins, Jackie Bise, Ira Gott, Gary Wright, and Wayne Whittaker, and Mike Fields.

Honorary pallbearers will be Virginia District 11 Little League staff and umpires and Virginia State Little League District Administrators.

Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. on Friday, November 26, 2021, in the Owens Funeral Service Chapel with Rev. Gilmer Castle officiating.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 27, 2021, in the Temple Hill Memorial Park Chapel of Love Mausoleum in Castlewood, Va.

The family will receive friends on Friday at the funeral home from 5 to 7 p.m. prior to the service.
