George Herold Jr., George Born to eternal life on November 23, 2021, at the age of 91. Survived by his wife of 70 years, Katharina (nee Weil) and sister, Monica (Norgel). Loving father of Rosemary (Dee) Kartali, William (Diane), and the late Robert (Trish). Proud Opa of Jeremy, Steve, Eric, Luke, Lauryn, Mark and Hannah. Great-grandpa to Julia, Cameron, Oliver, Penelope, Sebastian and Braxton. He leaves behind many loving relatives and friends. George was born March 2, 1930, in Musci, Hungary. He emigrated to the United States in 1949 with his parents George and Theresa (nee Hambuch), brother Karl and sister Monica. He worked as a furniture repairman for Sears for over 30 years before retiring in 1995. George was a proud member of the Musci Family Club at the Schwabenhof for many years. He was an avid Sheepshead player and loved to cut the grass on his lawnmower! Visitation will be held at Wisconsin Memorial Park in the Family Center, 13235 W. Capitol Drive, Brookfield, on Tuesday, November 30, 2021, from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. A service celebrating his life will follow at 2:30 p.m. Private entombment to follow.
