A memorial service for Mr. Jerry Dale Allen Sr. will be held Wednesday, December 8, 2021, 2:00 p.m. at James F. Webb Funeral Home.

Mr. Allen, 72, of Meridian, passed away Saturday, November 20, 2021, at his residence.

He is survived by his son, Jerry D. Allen Jr. of Clarke Co.; daughters, Daphne M. Childs (Wayne Mann) of Hickory, Christy Moulds (David) of Meridian, and Samantha Gist (Scott Jr.) of Meridian; grandchildren, Dalton Allen, Carson Allen, Tyler Cochran (Taylor), Tarah Brock, Harley Cochran, Taylor Moulds (Logan), Wesley Moulds, Katie Moulds, Madison Gist, and Mason Gist; great grandchildren, Lexie, Lanee, London, Rylan, Cooper, Jagger, Carter, and Evie Ruth; and siblings, Jarvis Allen, Ann Nance, and Nan Kent.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Wanda Kay Allen; parents; brothers; and great grandchild, Benton.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the the American Heart Association.
