James Jerry Sellier
<p>James “Jerry” Sellier, Sr., age 79 of Delisle, passed away on Monday, November 22, 2021.</p> <p>He graduated from Pass Christian High School and served in the U.S. Navy. While enlisted, he reached the rank of Aviation Machinist Mate 2nd Class.</p> <p>Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Mae and Harold Sellier.</p> <p>He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Melba Ladner Sellier; his children, Angela Sellier (Daniel Gargosh), Marion Taylor (Gregory), and James Jerry Sellier, Jr. (Amanda); his siblings, Glenn Sellier (Jerry Ann) and Donna Sellier Ladner (Tommy); and his grandchildren, Abigail Taylor, Ella Coleman, Allison Taylor, Lily Sellier, Sophie Sellier, and James Jerry “Tripp” Sellier, III.</p> <p>He was a truck driver for over 50 years. He loved and mechanics and carpentry and could fix or build just about anything.</p> <p>Jerry was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He was loved by family and friends alike. He will be dearly missed by all.</p> <p>A visitation for family and friends will be on Saturday, November 27,2021, from 10:00am until 11:00 am, at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Pass Christian.
