Patricia Ann Latstetter Obituary

Patricia Ann Latstetter, 89, of Bridgeport, WV, passed away peacefully on November 22, 2021in the loving presence of her daughter and caregiver, who were so blessed to be able to be with her during her last days to witness her deep faith, strength, and courage. Patricia made the world a better place. She inspired all who knew her with her kindness and empathy. But what was most important to Patricia, was her family. Born on June 11, 1932, Patricia was the daughter of the late Aubrey and Faye Nuzum of Shinnston, WV. She graduated from Fairmont High School and met and married Thomas E. Latstetter of Pittsburgh, PA, in 1948. After 65 years of marriage, Thomas preceded her in death in 2013. They had three children, one of whom, Christine Latstetter Butler, passed away in 2019. Patricia is survived by her two other children, Deborah Klett and her husband David of Vienna, VA, and Jeffrey Latstetter and his wife Judith of Pittsburgh PA; three grandchildren, Gary Klett and his wife Nancy of McLean, VA, Jeffrey Butler and his partner Greg Hamilton of Reston, VA, and Colin Butler and his wife, Amanda of Manassas, VA. Patricia also had three geat-grandchildren, Evangeline (12), Alexander (10), and Daniel Klett (8), of McLean VA. Other survivors include her sister, Priscilla Haning of Shinnston, WV, two nephews, Steve Haning (Leslie) of Shinnston, WV, Scott Haning (Lisa) of Yorktown, VA, and niece Susan Haning of Alexandria, VA.
