<p>Georgette Tremblay (Fouillard) passed away Tuesday, November 23, 2021 peacefully, surrounded by her children at the Wedgewood Retirement Home in Brockville, Ontario. In her 82nd year. A longtime resident of Maitland, Ontario, and native of St. Lazare, Manitoba.</p><p><br></p><p> Beloved wife for over 53 years to Jerome (Buster) Tremblay who pre-deceased her in 2013. Loving mother of John Tremblay (Karen), Larry Tremblay (Christy), Barbara Cipak (John), and Marnie Barker (Larry). Cherished grandmother of Nicole, Danielle and Ryan Tremblay; and Nicholas Schillaci and Carla Francisco; and Justin, Jared, Joshua, and Jesse Cipak as well as a loving connection to Chris Cipak, Jason Cipak, and Robyn Pennell (Cipak); Adoring great grandmother to Alexandria Cipak. Loving sister of Ricky Fouillard (Marylou), Marcie Huberdeau (Adrian), Joanne Foulliard, Dolly Coontz (Blair), Debbie Deshambault and the late Ronnie Fouillard. Georgette is survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins whom she held close to her heart. Georgette was predeceased by her parents Agnes Fouillard (Smith) and George Fouillard.</p><p><br></p><p>Special thanks to the compassionate staff of the Wedgewood Retirement Residence. </p><p><br></p><p>Georgette will be honored with a private family service to be held at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Maitland. Arrangements are entrusted to the Irvine Funeral Home, 4 James St. E, Brockville. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are directed to the charity of your choice.
