Carrie Walker departed this life on November 20, 2021 at the age of 87. She leaves to cherish her memories a devoted husband of 66 years Earl Walker, Sr., a daughter Sheryl (Frank) Ayo, son Jason (Karen) Walker and 12 grandchildren, including a grandson whom she reared as her own Demarius Walker, 41 great grandchildren, a God daughter Sabrina Evans, a devoted friend Annie Mae Gaines, and a host of other relatives and friends. Carrie was preceded in death by her parents Joe and Eliza Johnson, son Earl Walker, Jr., six sisters; Carolyn Diggs, Ann Joseph, Elizabeth Craig, Alberta Jacob, Priscilla Johnson, and Christina Johnson, 5 brothers; Victor, Gus, Robert, Leroy, and Sidney Johnson, one brother-in-law Junior Walker.
