Age 94, of Pittsburgh, on Sunday November 21, 2021 at the home of her son Jeffrey Scott Toney and daughter in law Daisy Luanne Toney.  Wife of the late Billy Earnest Toney.  Born February 25, 1927 in Huntington, WV the daughter of the late Charles Jeff Collins and Virginia Mae Jordan.  Preceded in death by son Daniel Craig Toney.  Laura was born with a teacher's heart and spent many years teaching 1st graders.  She left behind family, grandkids and friends who loved her dearly.  If desired, Memorial Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society 320 Bilmar Drive Pittsburgh, PA 15205.
