Jesse Alan Talley, age 58, of Sherwood, Oklahoma, died Saturday, November 20, 2021 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born on Sunday, May 5, 1963 to Jessie Olen and Glenda Sue Poole Talley in Camden, Arkansas.

Alan believed in a hard's day work and thought it was good for everybody to do and that's what he did each and every day. He loved his wife and his children. Alan was a truck driver for many years from going over the road, coast to coast to driving locally for a couple different logging companies; the latest being for Shawn Gibson. Alan was a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather, uncle, and friend. He will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Alan is preceded in death by his parents and one son, Spencer Talley.

Alan is survived by his wife, Angie Talley of Sherwood, Oklahoma; his children, Marissa and Charles Ross of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, Jesse Talley of Garvin, Oklahoma, Cody Talley of Missouri and Jessica and Wes Gilstrap of Glover, Oklahoma; two sisters, Tonja and Jeff Belt of Camden, Arkansas, Peggy Talley of Amarillo, Texas, sister-in-law Melissa Burley of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, father-in-law Wayne Phelps of Broken Bow, Oklahoma; nine grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at 10:00 A.M. at the Sherwood Cemetery with Brother Melvin Gibson officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday, November 23, 2021 from 6-8 P.M. at the Brumley Funeral Home Chapel in Broken Bow, Oklahoma. Arrangements are entrusted to Brumley Funeral Home in Broken Bow, Oklahoma.

Pallbearers will be Travis Williams, Jeramie Barrick, Shawn Gibson, Bobby Little, Clarence Little and Clint Lyle. Honorary Pallbearers will be Bruce Walker and Danny Williams.
