Henry J. Schrock 103, of Sugarcreek, passed away at his residence on Sunday, November 21, 2021. He was born on September 18, 1918 in Tuscarawas Co. to the late Jacob and Susan (Beachy) Schrock. On November 27, 1941 he married Barbara S. Miller. Together they shared 76 years of marriage until her passing on May 26, 2018. Henry was a member of the Old Order Amish Church. He was a retired poultry farmer and enjoyed antiques. He is survived by his daughter Freda Schrock of the home; a sister Sue Yoder of Berlin; a sister-in-law Margie Schrock of Walnut Creek; 17 nieces; and 12 nephews. In addition to his parents and his wife Barbara, he was preceded in death by his stepfather Sam A. Yoder; siblings Sylvanus, Emanuel, Lizzie Ann, Jacob, Clara, Mose, Mahlon, and Aden. Funeral services will be held at the Emery E. Miller residence, 3160 SR 93 NW, Sugarcreek on Tuesday November 23, at 9:00 a.m. with Bishop Albert Hochstetler officiating. Burial will follow in the Miller Cemetery near Walnut Creek. Friends may call at the Emery E. Miller residence after 12:00 p.m. on Monday.
