Ken Miller, 75 year old Woodward Business Owner, passed away Tuesday, November 16, 2021 in Oklahoma City. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 23, 2021 in the Lincoln Avenue Baptist Church Kansas Campus with Reverend Jason Dirks officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Billings Funeral Home.

Kenny Ray Miller was born March 10, 1946 to Homer Cecil and Joyce Dean (Smith) Miller. Ken grew up in Pampa, Texas, attended Pampa schools, and graduated from Pampa High School. After high school Ken attended Texas Tech University and received his Bachelors degree.

He was united in marriage to Carol June Gates on July 1, 1966 in Pampa, Texas. To this union they had two children, Kelly and Melissa. They made their first home in Pampa, Texas. They later moved to Lubbock, Texas and Jacksonville, Florida before making their home in Woodward, Oklahoma. Ken worked as an Industrial Engineer for Cabot Corporation. He worked for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida and he then modeled for Burnett Advertising in Chicago, Illinois as the Marlboro Man. He was mostly known for owning Kens Haberdashery and Jiffy Cleaners.

Ken enjoyed taking his granddaughter Allie to all her softball games and tournaments. He loved the holidays and the times he spent with his family. He also enjoyed golf, team roping with his son Kelly and hunting with his bird dogs.

He is survived by his wife Carol Miller of the home; one son, Kelly Miller and Jessica of Woodward; one daughter, Melissa DonCarlos of Woodward; grandchildren, Courtney of Scottsdale, Arizona; Krysten of Plano, Texas; Cashion of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Mattie of Edmond, Oklahoma; Allie of Woodward, Oklahoma; Jetta and Jake both of Elk City, Oklahoma; Cam and Delaney both of Woodward, Oklahoma.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Homer and Joyce Miller.

Memorial contributions may be made to Lincoln Avenue Baptist Church with the funeral home accepting the contributions.
