<p>Alden &ldquo;Blaine&rdquo; Jennings, Sr., 73 of Scotch Hill, passed away on Sunday, November 14, 2021 at Preston Memorial Hospital surrounded by his beloved family. Blaine, as he was known to most of the world, was born on December 3, 1947 at Evansville, son of the late Maurice Jennings and Doris A. Mace Jennings. Blaine graduated from Fellowsville High School, was employed by Mangus Coal, and was an entrepreneur who founded and owned both Rebekah Coal, and West Virginia Lime Service.
