Roscoe W. Rucker, of Sayler Park, passed away on November 11, 2021, at the age of 56.  He was born on January 31, 1965, in Cincinnati, Ohio to Henry and Shirley (nee Berling) Rucker.  Roscoe worked at Doubletree Hotel in Lawrenceburg, IN until he was unable to physically work.  He was a reserved man, and he loved his family.  Roscoe like to watch and attend Cincinnati Red’s Baseball games and NASCAR fan.  He enjoyed cheering on Jeff Gordon.  He always had to have his Folgers coffee. 

Survivors include his siblings: Patricia “Patty” (Stephen) Turner, Robert (Angie) Kinman and Carl Rucker; Aunt Mae Thomas and Uncle Joe (Becky) Rucker; and many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by his parents: Henry and Shirley Rucker; Brother: Eddie Rucker; Aunt: Bobby Jo “Aunt Sis”, Uncles: Joe and Ron Berling; Niece: Stephanie; and Uncle-in-law: Wally Thomas.

Visitation will be held at Brater Winter Funeral Home, 138 Monitor Ave., Sayler Park, OH 45233 on Thursday, November 18, 2021 from 6 pm to 8 pm. Words of Remembrance will start at 8 pm.  Inurnment at Baltimore Pike Cemetery will occur on Friday, November 19, 2021, at 2:30 pm .
