Joyce Ann Cameron, 76, passed away at her home on Friday, November 12, 2021. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, November 20th at Convent Baptist Church. The Rev. Travis Crumpton will officiate. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M. Friday, November 19th at Milton Shealy Funeral Home.
Mrs. Cameron was born in Kokomo, Indiana, the daughter of the late Burson D and Louise Weida Salmons. She loved working in her yard with her flowers. She was a talented crafter and seamstress, making clothes for her daughters and everyone else. Mrs. Cameron and her husband loved to go to antique stores and auctions. She was a beloved wife, mother, daughter, grandmother and great grandmother.
Surviving are her loving husband of 57 years, Michael C. Cameron; daughters and sons-in-law, Beth Cameron Butler (Robby), Debbie Cameron Sharpe (Clyde); grandchildren, Robert Michael Rish (Stephanie), Michael Brantley Butler; and great grandchildren, Colin and Maddie Rish and Brynleigh Butler. Also surviving are her brother and sister-in-law, Steve Salmons (Ruth)
