Olive Folse Leonard, 99, a native of Port Allen, Louisiana and resident of Thibodaux , Louisiana was born on February 24, 1922 and passed away on November 11, 2021. A visitation will be held in her honor on Monday, November 15, 2021 , at St. Joseph Co-Cathedral in Thibodaux, Louisiana from 9:00am until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00am The burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux, Louisiana. She is survived by her sons, Clifford (Geri) Leonard, Jr. and Donald (Mary) Leonard; daughters, Janice Leeper, Sheila Hebert, and Dottie Derbes; daughter-in-law, Tansey Leonard; grandchildren, Donna, Kelly, Christy, Scott, Thomas, Michael, Jason, Melissa, Stacie, Dawn, Blake, Devin, Jade, Dustin, Ross; 26 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford Leonard Sr.; son, Bobby Leonard; sons-in-laws, Donald "Ace" Hebert and Don Derbes; parents, George Folse Sr. and Marie Lajaunie Folse; brothers, George Folse, Joseph Folse, Albert Folse; sisters, Ruth F. Richoux, Dot Folse and Grace Folse, grandson, Stephen Hebert. She loved hosting large gatherings for her family, as she enjoyed cooking and baking. She also enjoyed sewing.
