Paul E. Toler, 87 of Charleston died November 10, 2021 at CAMC Memorial Hospital, Charleston. He was a retired home builder and loved to hunt and fish. He was preceded in death by Wife: Elsie Risner Toler, Parents: William and Gracie Mae Dunlap Toler, Brothers: Jim, Riley, Howard and Dave Toler, Sisters: Goldie Cecil and Hazel Dunlap and One Step-son. Surviving Are: Brother: William Glen Toler of Oklahoma, Eight step-children, several step-grandchildren and many great grandchildren. Funeral is 1 p.m. Saturday November 13, 2021 at Leonard Johnson Funeral Home, Marmet with Rev. John Stephenson officiating. Burial will follow in Mount Alpha Cemetery, Charleston. Friends may call 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
