<p>Mr. Neil Steven Tinsley, age 65 of Liberty, TN, passed away on November 7, 2021 in the Tennessee Valley Health Care of Nashville.</p> <p>A native of Detroit, MI, Neil was the son of Donald Keith Tinsley and Beverly Esch Tinsley. He was a business owner and a veteran of the United States Marines.</p> <p>Neil was conveyed back to his beloved Lake Havasu City, AZ for burial, with military honors, beside his infant twin daughters: Melissa Ann &amp; Michelle Lee Tinsley, who preceded him in death in 1989.&nbsp;</p>
