<p><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>On the morning of November 6, 2021 Kent passed away peacefully in his sleep at home. He was born September 7, 1944 to Frank and June Richter. He was known to many as &ldquo;Skip&rdquo;. He graduated from Cut Bank High School and joined the Air Force. He was a Vietnam Vet.</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>&nbsp;He married Marcia, his wife of 39 years, and added two daughters, Mary and Delight, to his family. Later grandsons, Kelly Walter Albright and Glenn Frances Albright.</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>&nbsp;He was a great ranch foreman, diesel mechanic and welder. He worked many years for Montana Power/Northwest Energy where he finally retired.</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>&nbsp;He is survived by his sister, Wanda (Darrell) Grossman; his brothers, Frank (Ann) Richter and Alan (Diane) Richter; nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed.</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>&nbsp;A more inclusive obituary will be published in Spring 2022 when his ashes are spread at the Celebration of Life.</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>&nbsp;The family asks any donations in his name be made to one of his favorite charities, the Great Falls Rescue Mission.</strong></span></p>

 He married Marcia, his wife of 39 years, and added two daughters, Mary and Delight, to his family. Later grandsons, Kelly Walter Albright and Glenn Frances Albright.
