Kathleen A. (Swaney) Conner, 58, passed away Tuesday, November 9, 2021, at her home in Weston, MO. Kathleen was born December 24, 1962, in Wichita, KS to James Duane and Donna Jean (Haines) Swaney. She lived in numerous areas during her childhood until the family moved to Weston in 1977. Kathleen was a 1981 graduate of the West Platte R-II High School in Weston, afterwards attending University of Missouri-Columbia. She was a member of the Holy Trinity Catholic Church of Weston. Kathleen worked for over 20 years as Territory Sales Manager for Brighton Best International, travelling throughout the Midwest area. She enjoyed riding her Harley and horseback riding. She enjoyed live music and dancing. She loved spending time with her family and friends. Kathleen loved to go shopping and was especially fond of her dogs Meyers and Sophie. She was preceded in death by her parents. Kathleen is survived by her daughters, Alissa (Joshua Cheatum) Depetre and Jessie (Dustin) Parker; her siblings Terry (John) Jackson, Stephanie (Kevin) Blydenburgh, Mike (Kim) Swaney, and Chris (Tara) Swaney; her grandchildren Kari Cheatum, Tony and Colton Depetre, Kennedy and Kiera Gieseke, and Kali Parker; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends. A visitation will be held 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., Friday, November 12, 2021, at Vaughn Funeral Home in Weston. A funeral mass will be held 10:30 a.m., Saturday, November 13, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Weston. Interment will follow at the Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Weston.
