We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our beloved mother, Ashel Egers on Tuesday, November 9th, 2021 at the WG Bishop Nursing Home. Born in Thorburn, Pictou Co., NS she was the daughter of the late Gilbert and Mary Belleville. Survived by sons, Oswald (Jr) Egers (Madeline); daughter, Judy Lewis (Roger); 5 grandchildren, Kimberley, Darren, Tammy, Angela and Katie; 9 great grandchildren, Colten, Ashlynn, Logan, Abigail, Simon, Alexis, Gracie, Sadie and Brock; sisters, Florence Chase and Hilda Burns (Ned); sister-in-law, Doreen Belleville; several nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her parents, Ashel was predeceased by her husband Oswald Egers; brothers, Theodore and John Belleville; sisters, Helen Crawford, Gilberte Egers and Maimi Egers. A graveside service will take place 2:00PM Saturday, November 13, 2021 at the United Baptist Cemetery (860 Pleasant Drive, Highway 10, Minto.) For those who wish, donations made to the WG Bishop Nursing Home would be appreciated by the family. Masks are required at cemetery.
