Jane Pylant Roberts
Jane Pylant Roberts, 85, of Hattiesburg, passed away on Monday, November 8, 2021 at Merit Health Wesley Hospital. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Jane was a member of Heritage United Methodist Church. She retired from Lamar Bank as an Executive Vice President after many years of service. She loved spending time with her family and traveling in her spare time. She is preceded in death by her parents, Mildred and George Derrick Pylant, Sr.; and brother, George Derrick Pylant, Jr. She is survived by her husband, Jack Allen Roberts of Hattiesburg; a daughter, Julie Roberts Talbot of Hattiesburg; a sister-in-law, Lynne Roberts Amacker of Madison, MS; two grandchildren, Hannah Grace Talbot and Abigayle Roberts Talbot. At the request of the family, in lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Edwards Street Fellowship Center, P.O. Box 17532, Hattiesburg, MS 39404, or a charity of your choice.Obituary
