Tonight, as you gaze at the nighttime sky, you will notice God has blessed us with a bright new star named Bentley Eugene Conrad, who was born sleeping on Monday, November 8, 2021, at Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital in Weston. Bentley blessed the life of his mother, Harley Lynn Conrad, the moment she saw his sweet little face during her first ultrasound. With just one look at this beautiful new life with a strong beating heart, she fell in love and formed an everlasting bond with Bentley’s precious soul. Before he could make his grand entrance into the world, God changed his plan for Bentley, so he sent his most majestic angels to carry him Home on their wings to meet his maternal great-grandmother, Roberta Conrad, who was waiting to greet him in Heaven. Bentley’s family whom were looking forward to welcoming him into the world were his mother, Harley Conrad of Buckhannon; maternal grandmother, Kim Conrad of West Milford; maternal grandfather, James Horner of Weston; two maternal great-grandfathers: Earl Conrad and Jim Horner; maternal great-grandmother, Neva Horner; five uncles: Tim Horner, Brian Conrad, Danny Conrad and wife, Whitney, Harold Conrad, and Matthew Conrad; one aunt, Haley Conrad; and several cousins and extended family members. “We miss you Bentley. Our hearts still ache with sadness, and tears still flow. What it meant to lose you, no one will ever know. We hold you close within our hearts, and there you will remain. To walk with us throughout our lives, until we meet again.
