Obituary

Mary Sue Carter of Tulsa was called home on November 7, 2021, comforted by loved ones. She was born March 13, 1944, in Tulsa to Viola and Luther Richison.
She was blessed to be raised in a large family with lots of love.  She attended schools in West Tulsa.  She met and married Philip Carter in the early 60s and was graced with 59 years together.

Sue and Philip always managed to vacation every summer and covered most everywhere from California to New York.  She spent most of her time cooking and making a happy and comfortable home for the ones she loved, which was anyone she met.

She loved to paint on most anything (saws, milk jugs, fireplace shovels etc...)  She would enter things into the fair and get blue ribbons.
She was preceded by parents, Viola and Luther Richison, sister Lavona and grandson Josh.

She is survived by children Tom and Mark, daughter in laws Kaye and Connie, grandchildren Brittany, Suanna, Jenny, Mathew, and Clint, 10 great grandchildren, brothers Don and Ed, sisters Loretta and Shirley.
