<p>Miss Jessica Anne Howell, 33, of Ruffin, entered into rest Saturday morning, November 6, 2021, in Columbia, South Carolina.</p> <p> </p> <p>Born August 3, 1988, in Walterboro, South Carolina, she was the daughter of Anthony Glenn Howell and Gail Infinger Howell. She worked as a server in the Columbia area and was a member of the Walterboro Branch of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Jessica possessed a huge heart with a special love for children and an even greater love for animals. She would always do for others and help anyone that she could. She was especially fond of Butterflies.</p> <p> </p> <p>Surviving in addition to her parents of Walterboro are: a brother, Jonathan Howell of Ruffin; her paternal grandparents, Sally Ann and Bill Deason of Ruffin; and her maternal grandparents, Doug and Arlene Infinger of Harleyville. She is survived by a large and loving host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.</p> <p> </p> <p>In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial contributions be directed in her memory to: Friends of Colleton County Animal Shelter, 33 Poor Farm Road, Walterboro, South Carolina 29488. </p> <p> </p> <p>Funeral services will be conducted 2 o’clock Thursday afternoon, November 11, 2021, from The Brice W.
