Delia M. Iannacchino

Delia Iannacchino, a longtime resident of Thornwood, New York, beloved wife, mother and grandmother passed away on November 6, 2021 at the age of 86. Delia was born on March 17,1935 in Guardia de Lombardi, Italy to the late Antonio and Maria Grazia DiPietro. On December 9, 1956, she married her loving husband of 65 years, Carmine Iannacchino, in New Rochelle. She graduated from New Rochelle High School. In 1955, she received a coronation as Queen into the Guardia Lombardi Society.<br><br>The majority of her time was spent being a homemaker and running the family business. She enjoyed her winter home in Florida along with cooking and entertaining her family and friends, but her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren who were all near and dear to her heart.<br><br>In addition to her beloved husband Carmine, she is survived by her loving children, son Carmine (Joanne) Iannacchino, Jr., her daughters, Lisa (Joe) Belmont and Debbie (Ray) Spano, her beautiful grandchildren, Christopher (Tina) Iannacchino, Michelle Iannacchino, Alissa Iannacchino, Alycia Belmont, Christian Spano, Amanda Spano, and Alexis Spano, her brothers Joe DiPietro, Angelo DiPietro, Adamo (Marylou) DiPietro, sister-in-law JoAnn (John) DiBiasi, brother-in-laws Luigi (Marie) Iannacchino, Vito Iannacchino, Joe (Graceann) Iannacchino, and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her grandaughter Brianna Belmont and sister-in-laws Connie DiPietro, Anna DiPietro, Lucy Swit, and Mary Fay Iannacchino.
